The Right to Grow

New Zealand has the highest rate of male youth suicide in the world. Yet most high school boys weren’t allowed to take part in Movember because school rules banned moustaches.

So we wrote to every principal in the country, asking them to relax the rules for November and let their students grow. When many said no, it sparked a national conversation about men’s mental health. The result was a record number of signups and a record number of donations.

All for the price of a postage stamp.
